Nothing sits on a shelf — every cap is embroidered to order. Production runs about 5–7 business days, then 3–4 days in transit, so plan on roughly 10–15 days door to door. We'll email tracking the moment it ships.

Because every hat is embroidered specifically for your order, we can't accept returns for size or preference. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it — just reply to your confirmation email with a photo.
